DirectMail.com is a full service direct marketing company and agency. We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager/Account Director to oversee and manage fund raising and marketing programs for our non-profit fund raising and association member organizations.
The ideal candidate will provide strong account management and be able to read campaign results and testing results for ongoing campaign performance improvement. Experience in running integrated direct mail, email, social and digital campaigns will be an important consideration.
Our ideal candidate is an individual with the ability to drive the strategic direction of their accounts and serve as the trusted adviser. The Senior Account Manager/Account Director must posses the ability to manage accordingly by communicating effectively the direction, strategy, creative both internal and client facing.

Face to face client interactions
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word
Actively listen and engage with clients to ensure clear understanding of objectives, concerns, and success criteria serving as their solutions provider
Experience and depth of knowledge in print industry, specifically Direct Mail
5+ years of Program Management and account development work experience
Demonstrated project management experience and success in leading multiple demanding projects / major activities concurrently.
Professional and effective communication and presentation skills a must. Proven ability to interface with all levels within and outside of the organization.
Identify, track, and remove impediments to project success, while proactively, resolving conflicts, as necessary
