Formula for Success
Using your relevant industry and strategy development experience, you will develop and implement the North American industrial strategy by leading the development of the market segment roadmaps for North America region.
Your business experience will be utilized to identify current and emerging market trends, broader economic trends, and legislative, technological, and social changes that impact the segment.
Leveraging your educational and/or professional background in a Business, Marketing and/or Sales environment, you will steer the profitable performance of the segment by managing the product portfolio, implementing product improvement projects and managing price bands.
Incorporating your ability to understand market needs and assess business opportunities you will initiate and steer innovation projects through the PhaseGate process and lead the transfer of new products and/or technology to and from other regions.
Drawing upon your experience leading and driving business initiatives, you will lead the introduction of new products and technology into the marketplace. You will develop launch packages/strategies for these new products and work with sales and technical colleagues identify and development new customers and projects.
You will use your marketing experience to segment customers, develop product value propositions, and manage the marketing communication strategy for the market segment including promotional packages, trade show presence and digital marketing.
Your experience in leading a cross function teams will be crucial in working collaboratively with your sales, technical, product management, manufacturing and other colleagues to execute the segment strategy.
