The Web and Digital Strategies Manager manages, optimizes and grows the audience for the NALP websites; plans and executes web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and digital marketing and advertising campaigns; creates/posts digital content; oversees NALP connect, the on-line member community; and measures traffic and ROI of website, social media and digital outreach campaigns. This position would serve as the primary marketing interface with the IT department.
Day-to-day management of websites including posting updates, designing new web pages including some copywriting and creating and/or resizing photos and graphics as well as making suggestions to optimize user experience and increase website traffic. Create landing and splash pages to assist in direct marketing efforts.
Work with the marketing department to plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and digital marketing campaigns. Lead online marketing strategies related to search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click (PPC), affiliate marketing, retargeting campaigns. Provide content creators with insights and recommendations to improve overall search engine visibility. Create, send and measure performance of eCommunications on Informz.
Review, select and collaborate with outside vendors for website projects, including design of new websites, SEO optimization and other projects. Manage our Higher Logic online member community. Work closely with Director of IT to continuously improve overall database/web integration, including integration of third party software with iMIS: iRotate, Informz, Salesforce and Openwater.
Measurement and Tracking:
Measure and report performance using Google Analytics. Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs, monitor rankings and calculate ROI.
