Summary of Duties & Responsibilities: • Define key reports, dashboards, and analytics that will drive the digital business forward, through partnering with the CRM team, CRM and database vendor, loyalty vendor, retail store teams, wholesale marketing team, and ecommerce team. • Build reports, analyses, dashboards and analytic models for business users across all channels to support the business. • Own customer Business Intelligence (BI) progression strategy, taking into consideration existing reports used by each team and their necessary evolution. • Facilitate self-service reporting for internal users, utilizing current reporting tools, and arrange for training of business team members. When appropriate, work to incorporate new tools and reports. • Coordinate data sourcing across ecommerce, digital, retail, and wholesale platforms (internal and external) to enable reporting. • Coordinate analysis with the CRM team, CRM vendor, loyalty vendor, and email service provider, to drive strategy. • Create and send reports to business leaders on recurring basis, performing ad hoc analysis, partnering with the CRM Manager on database design, data feed issues, and database documentation.
