Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing

Warner University is searching for its next Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. The Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing is responsible for providing leadership and coordination for a comprehensive enrollment management strategy that is consistent with the goals, mission, and resources of Warner University. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of an annual comprehensive enrollment plan with appropriate goals that include strategies to recruit and enroll students for all university programs.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the work of the Admissions, Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, Marketing, Registrar, Royal Services and Student Financial Services departments in support of institutional goals.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan.
• Develop recruitment, admissions, financial aid and marketing initiatives to ensure student access to and success at the university.
• Collaborate with other university divisions to implement academic and student development goals, initiatives, standards, policies and procedures, and to achieve undergraduate and graduate enrollment goals.
• Develop and monitor department budgets within the division.
• Ensure that all admission, financial aid, registrar and recruiting operations are conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and procedures.
• Other duties as needed.
