Do you want to set the pace for a new sales initiative? The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be a pivotal member of our sales team. Identifying and qualifying leads for our technical sales team, the SDR plays a very important role in helping to build the front of the pipeline. We are looking for curious, self-driven individuals with a thirst to learn and grow. As a new position to our company, we are looking ahead toward growth opportunities. You will be the first SDR for the QC Group and will help us set company-wide standards on how the SDR role can contribute to our revenue stream.

Educational/Background Requirements: BS/BA Degree preferred Minimum 2-years of experience as a Sales Development Representative. Proven track record at maintaining a consistent level of activity and achieving measureable goals (number of appointments, lead quality, etc.). Experience communicating with technical audience. Ability to speak articulately and credibly, strong phone presence and effective writing skills. Experience working in a highly automated metrics based organization; familiarity with CRM, web prospecting, social media and other sales productivity tools. Self-directed and team oriented work habits Positive and energetic team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. |
